He studied economics in San Francisco/USA and Switzerland (Lucerne University of Applied Sciences & Arts) as well as work and motivational psychology (Thesis). Later he founded and managed the agency Group Worldspan (Zurich, Barcelona, London) for 18 years, focusing on well-known companies in the area of Live- and Performance Communication as well as Change Management. He is also lecturer in Strategic Management, Leadership and Change Management at different Business Schools.
Today, Charles is CEO of balanced performance agency, the driving force for future competence, New Working environments and Innovation Management.
Since 2011 Charles has been advising and accompanying companies that want to realise a New World of Work in an agile, supportive work setting.

Clark Elliott is a Workplace Strategies Consultant with 30 years of experience assisting Swiss and international enterprises develop programs to optimize performance through the transformation of work environments. Clark Elliott has degrees in Architecture/Environmental Design from The New School - Parsons School of Design in New York City and Social Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Established in Geneva since 1984, Clark Elliott used the Design-Thinking approach developed at Parsons to introduce the first flexible, activity-based work environment in Switzerland in 1996 in Zürich. He continues to assist Leadership at forward-thinking companies in all sectors to discover the valuable opportunities that coherent work environments can bring when challenges are viewed through the lens of a holistic, Design-Thinking approach. Among the many projects Clark Elliott developed to implement new work methods are recent projects for Medtronic’s International HQ, PwC Geneva, Compaq France, UNICEF Geneva, HP Austria and SIG - Services Industriels de Genève. Each organization is different, each building presents unique challenges and the world of work today requires new workplace solutions to effectively mix diverse generations of collaborators in optimal ways that bring benefits to the triple bottom line. Passionate about using the work environment to liberate human potential, Clark Elliott brings special “vitamins” into the projects he accompanies.
